La Torre de Embergoñes, también conocida como del Cantón o de Don Ramón, fue la mayor de todas las del sistema defensivo medieval de la ciudad de Orihuela. Se calcula que pudo tener una altura de unos cinco pisos y tenía una labor defensiva, pero también de vigilancia de las crecidas del río Segura.
