MATERIALS USED: 1 clean nail polish bottle, 2 coats of homemade frosted finish applied with a small sponge (egg-yolk yellow), 5 popsicle sticks, white glue, sandpaper, utility knife, white PVA paint, moss green PVA paint, rustic-tone PVA paint, pistachio green PVA paint, hot glue, dried moss, plaster, red wall paint pigment/dye, small round plastic container, and home fragrance oil.
