Fox, the premise involved a hard-bitten NYC cop being forced to take an obnoxious actor under his wing so the latter can prep for an important role. Meanwhile, they are looking for a serial killer named The Party Crasher, played by the great Stephen Lang. With slick direction by John Badham and an early role for L.L.
