Full Body Pilates/Barre Workout (30 Minutes) | Low Impact Strength
Welcome to this 30-minute full body Pilates/Barre fusion workout, designed to build strength through controlled, intentional movement. This class is adaptable depending on how you’re feeling and how much intensity you’d like to add. I’m currently 14 weeks pregnant, so I’m moving in a way that feels supportive for my body right now, but you can absolutely increase the challenge by using heavier weights during the arm section or adding ankle weights throughout the class. I’m using hand weights, a Pilates ball, and a stool/chair (or sturdy surface) for support in parts of the workout. As always, feel free to modify the equipment depending on what you have available and what feels right for you. Expect a balanced full body session focused on control, precision, stability, and mindful movement rather than rushing through the exercises. Move at your own pace, take breaks when needed, and make the class work for your body today.
