1/35 'End of War' WWII Diorama | Custom Ruined Building & converted Dragon Figures!
It's finally done! After scratchbuilding a custom 1/35 scale ruined building and carefully posing our figures, I'm excited to present the final completed vignette. This diorama captures the desperate action towards the end of WWII, depicting German forces retreating. We used Dragon 1/35 scale figures, modified and painted to show the weariness and urgency of a fighting withdrawal. Glenn Bartolotti, a master modeler, has produced an exceptional "Step-By-Step Finishing Armor" series. Each volume serves as a focused master class, guiding enthusiasts through the painting and weathering processes for particular armor kits or dioramas. The series meticulously details all necessary materials, including paints, powders, and washes, alongside clear explanations of pre-shading and other painting techniques. https://finescale.com/online-extras/2...

I combine some vintage Airfix and Matchbox models for this diorama.
