What SHOULD your heart rate be during exercise?
WELCOME TO EXERCISE FOR HEALTH: It’s a good idea to know what intensity you should exercise at to ensure you achieve the goals that you have set yourself. One of the best ways of monitoring your intensity is using your heart rate or checking your pulse. In this video, I explain how to determine what your target heart rate zone should be based on a number of factors, so you will then have the knowledge to work this out for yourself.
