Hello everyone ! Today we traveled 50km to the city by motorbike with the rudimentary tools available. The location is a neighborhood full of overgrown grass spreading to the sidewalk, underneath the grass is a lot of household waste that people have thrown away for a long time and many thorny bougainvillea branches. If you don't have protective shoes against sharp objects, you probably won't be able to clean up. I still see there are trash cans but I don't understand why they choose to throw trash on the sidewalk. While thinking about drinking water, the neighbor came to ask about it and said why did he clean up this landfill? This spontaneous landfill has been there for a long time and everyone throws trash here. If they move out, they will have to throw their trash somewhere further away than they are now. Oh my God! I really couldn't believe what they said to me. There were also some supporters so we continued cleaning until the end of the day. Both were very tired and mixed with sadness and joy, but anyway, the sidewalk was clean and beautiful again and my heart felt happier. As usual, we cleared the grass, sorted the inorganic waste into the trash, then dumped the grass and organic waste into the wasteland until the grass dried and burned. I don't put grass in the trash because it will overload and make it difficult for the trash collectors. We travel by motorbike so we can only carry small loads of trash and don't have the budget to rent a truck to carry all the grass. going to the landfill, we can only contribute a small part to help the community.
