This is the first video in a new series documenting people taking on spaces and following the full conversion. This episode follows Matty and his business Chicken Boiz. A space became available in Halifax and from the first week of him getting it I took my camera down and followed the whole journey. It was great to see a business come alive and to also document the highs and lows of what it takes to actually open a place. I left feeling inspired and I hope this video is helpful to anyone else wanting to take on a project. Matty's attitude is a great reminder of how staying positive and unwavering is such a great mindset whilst taking on a challenge.
