A half finished hike is a ghost that follows you everywhere. Today, I lace up my hiking shoes to face the section that has chased me. Backed by hard weeks of training, the question is will I be successful this time? Welcome to Weighted Backpack Training on a new route I put together which begins on the Northside of Brisbane in the suburb of Albany Creek. First we will walk through Bunyaville Conservation Park, then Samford Conservation Park, together with tiny sections of urban walking. When we spit out in the charming Village of Samford, I’ll have a lunch break there then hike all the way back to Albany Creek.
