The Arizona Trail Part Four The Mazatzal Wilderness
Backpacking and hiking The Arizona National Scenic Trail. Part Four sees me leave Pine and head south into the Mazatzal Wilderness and into the Tonto National Forest where I cross the East Verde river before camping on the south bank. I then spend the next two days crossing the majestic Mazatzal Wilderness some of the best the Arizona Trail has to offer.
