Doha Walls 2023

World Wide Walls: Doha brought together twelve acclaimed artists from across the globe to make their creative mark on the walls of Mina District, Qatar’s vibrant new portside neighborhood. These artists transformed the district with striking murals that reflect both their unique styles and the spirit of Doha’s cultural landscape. In this video, viewers gain insight directly from the muralists and festival organizers, who delve into the inspirations, techniques, and stories behind their work. Each artist brings their distinct vision, highlighting how street art can not only beautify public spaces but also deepen community connections, spark dialogue, and celebrate cultural diversity. The video was co-produced by Aimen Jan, Producer at Qatar Museums, and Ali Al Ansarri, Senior Producer at Qatar Museums, who were instrumental in capturing the festival’s essence and the collaborative energy that powered it. Through their work, they offer a behind-the-scenes look at how World Wide Walls: Doha is helping to elevate Qatar’s public art scene and foster global artistic exchange.
