Transfer the whipped cream to the bowl with the beaten pudding and mix with a wire whisk. Incorporate half of the broken caramel (reserve the other half for decorating the ice cream), place in a covered container and freeze for 4 hours. After this time, remove from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, serve in individual glasses and decorate with the caramel.
