Bethany Yeiser On Her Recovery From Schizophrenia Bethany Yeiser is a person with schizophrenia living in sustained recovery. She spent the first four years of her illness living as a homeless person. After being treated with clozapine, she was able to resume her studies in microbiology at the University of Cincinnati, where she graduated with honors.
