Today, the goal is to head out into the streets of Cairo (again) to try more traditional Egyptian Street Food! This time, it's pigeon on the menu! We go back to Cairo's central market, Khan el Khalili, to a famous restaurant that serves roast pigeon and other signature Egyptian street food. That evening, we fight through the notorious Cairo traffic to the neighboring city of Heliopolis for Shawarma and sausages. I love Egyptian street food. Finally, we try some of the most incredible Egyptian desserts.
