Noa Tishby with Israeli Air Force Pilots at the Palmachim Air Base

I spoke with @israeliairforce pilots at the Palmachim Air Base in southern Israel, where Black Hawk helicopters are used to rescue civilians and transport soldiers. On October 7th, these pilots were called up from reservists to do just that, saving more than 1,000 lives. They told me that this is not a war they wanted to fight, but they will do whatever it takes to win this war and keep Israel safe.    / @noatishby
