HLSP Dudley Tri-shell & Late 1960s Twyfords Classic pan

Hadl- PH. 17/7 Had a look back in this town on the Suff / Ess boarder. There is a derelict cemetery WC with a HLSP Shires Hippo but it is impossible to document. I had a proper look round on the bike, a few of the POW buildings look amazing, and I ended up speaking to an 86 year old in one of the churchyards, he had some good interesting stories right from the war to the present day etc. He's still out working on odd maintenance jobs and even working on straightening up a wall. A great half an hour spent for sure. Will deffo return to this place on the next Ride & Stride. This ex Wat M PH was "Permanently closed" on my original visit, but it has since been reopened, and refurbished in areas. Another nice friendly ph with older customers. The usual temporary measures are still in place. The L's eq are sadly CCPBs, but the G's retain a high level cistern. It features it's original tiled floor, washbasin and the WC pan, while everything else has been replaced gradually. The cistern sadly has an overflowing float-valve that is going back into the WC pan. I paused the video to potentially set the water level lower, but backed out right afterwards. I was right to when I heard the delay in the refill after flushing. It is as a result is one of the best i've ever seen from a Twyfords Classic. Full on 10/10 in all areas. I have no idea what even possessed me to leave my bag so close to the WC when I put it down though... It has been lying around in enough derpy locations I guess. The former outside Steward & Patterson WCs still exist, but are out of bounds.
