For more information, click here! https://quokka-train.com/ Let me know when you ride the Quokka Train ◎ Recipe Summary [Ingredients] 1800g pork belly block 200ml Ajiken Nama wa Umai Yakiniku Sauce 30ml honey 1 tablespoon grated garlic 400ml sake 1 onion Shredded cabbage (as needed) Fried egg (as desired) Rice (as desired) [Procedure] Put Ajiken Nama wa Umai Yakiniku Sauce, honey, and grated garlic in a plastic bag and mix. Put the thinly sliced ​​onion and meat in a Featherweight oven, pour in the sake, cover, and bake at 140°C for 5 hours without preheating. (2 seconds) Remove the meat and wrap in aluminum foil. Add the ketchup and yakiniku sauce to the remaining vegetables in the pot and blend until smooth. Arrange the cabbage, meat, sauce, and fried egg on a plate.
