Proverbs 18:10 KJV The name of the LORD is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe. He didn’t mean to. He would come to the city of refuge, and go to the gate. The gatekeeper would ask him why he coming, what was his idea of coming. Then his case was pleaded. And when his case was pleaded at the gate, and the man be found innocent, he did it not willfully, then the man was taken into the city, as a place of refuge. Then the enemy could not get him.
