Making TMNT Party Wagon into 1987 Turtle Van

This week on the OnGreenShow I take my new 1988 playmates Party Wagon and transform it into the actual Turtle Van from the 1987 TMNT cartoon. When I got this vehicle I only planned on doing a simple repaint but when I unboxed it I realized there was much more to be done.
