Peru Construction - Planes KT1 P and ANTARKI The KAI KT-1 Woongbi (in Hangul: KT-1 웅비) is a South Korean-made turboprop aircraft built by Korean Aerospace Industries for use by the Republic of Korea Air Force in primary and intermediate training. In November 2012, the governments of South Korea and Peru signed an agreement to jointly produce 20 KT-1P basic training aircraft for US $ 208 million, in addition to the training of Peruvian personnel in charge of their maintenance. On October 21, 2014, the first 2 KT 1P aircraft manufactured in Korea were officially delivered and 2 more were delivered in November 2014. By the middle of November 2015, 16 units have been completed. Of the 24 aircraft contracted, 16 aircraft are co-produced in Peru by the FAP SEMAN.
