Tarta Cytrynowa

Lemon tart is my daughter's favorite version of tart – we love the tartness balanced with sweetness. Lemon tart isn't overly sweet – you can adjust the flavor balance to your liking. I enhanced my lemon tart with lime zest, which gives it a more pronounced citrus character, but you can also use lemon zest.
