Mastering Cascading (Dependent) Drop-Downs in Power Apps

In this tutorial we will discuss how to create cascading drop-down lists in Power Apps. A cascading drop-down allows a choice in the first drop-down to filter the available choices in the second drop-down. They are also known as dependent drop-downs. The scenario for this demonstration is, we have a Power App that allows people to submit a support request for various Microsoft applications. A user should be able to choose an application such as Teams, and then choose what functionality they need help with. When the request is submitted the data should be transferred to Microsoft Lists where the request will be tracked. As part of the demonstration, we will create 2 Microsoft Lists to house the necessary data, set up the drop-down, set up a blank option to each list, and reset the drop-down after each submission. Note: I am a Power Apps beginner and I had help coming up with the solution in this video. I read several support articles and asked questions of a wonderful coworker.
