Let's make white sauce pasta 🍝 Recipe 👇🏻 1. Boil the Pasta • Take pasta in a pot, add water, salt, and a little oil. • Boil until soft and cooked. • Drain and keep aside. 2. Prepare the White Sauce • Boil cauliflower (gobi) until soft. • Add the boiled cauliflower, paneer, cashews, black salt, and 4–5 garlic cloves to a blender. • Blend everything into a smooth, fine paste. (This is your white sauce.) 3. Cook the Veggies • In a pan, add your favourite chopped vegetables. • Sauté them lightly until they turn soft. 4. Mix Everything • Add the prepared white sauce to the pan with veggies. • Mix well and cook for a minute. 5. Add the Pasta • Add the boiled pasta to the sauce. • Sprinkle cheese, oregano, and chilli flakes. • Mix everything nicely. 6.
