Hemy Neuman Retrial Prosecution Closing Argument Part 1 08/22/16
In 2012, Hemy Neuman was found guilty but mentally ill, and was sentenced to serve life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 2010 murder of Rusty Sneiderman. In June 2015,the Georgia Supreme Court threw out the conviction and sentence saying the trial court erred in admitting some evidence protected by attorney-client privilege.
