"Aire Acondicionado No Enfría"

I was told that the air conditioning system for a floor-to-ceiling unit wasn't cooling and that it was lacking gas. They told me they had recharged the refrigerant last year, and I imagine that's how they came to that conclusion. I wanted to check the unit before recharging it to see if that was really the case.
