Is this the BEST Technical in the game?! META?! | Dragon Ball Gekishin Squadra Gameplay

I honestly can argue that A17 can be the BEST technical if played right! His support is insane, being able to support the whole team while dealing insane damage and disrupt. For example, his S3 gives everyone around him extra sheild being able to live longer than the enemies! His passive can be used to take one move off cooldown which can give your allies more healing if needed, or buffing S1 and S2 for more damage/disrupt. A17 is very underrated right now because he's competing with Hit and Ulithan which are extremely powerful supports.
