Vegan Guide to EPCOT Arts Festival 2026 AND General Tso's Tofu Salad from Connections

In today’s vlog we head to EPCOT at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida to show you the vegan as-is food options at the 2026 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. Spoiler alert, it's not a lot! But we do love this festival for its activities, sights and sounds, but the vegan options are limited. This festival runs through February 23, 2026. I also review the General Tso Tofu salad at Connections Eatery in EPCOT, which despite me saying I would get again (because I will pretty much eat tofu anything) WAS a disappointment due to the texture of the tofu AND the lettuce. They really do need to work on the amount of dressing/letting it sit, and the tofu seems to have been frozen and then thawed, making the inside super dry and crumbly. Super weird. But it's one of the few quick serve options in EPCOT we have. Definitely let Disney know if you are disappointed in it tho!
