I Can't Stop Tweaking My Pocket @paper_republic setup

I swear I spend almost as much time rearranging my notebooks as I do actually writing in them. Today I'm working on my pocket-sized Paper Republic because I picked up a new pocket folder and, of course, I convinced myself it would fit perfectly into my setup. It seemed like such a simple idea until I actually started moving everything around. Somehow, adding one little folder turned into taking everything apart, putting it back together, changing my mind, and then doing it all over again. If you've ever owned a traveler's notebook, you probably know exactly what I'm talking about. I think I'm always chasing that perfect setup, but the truth is, there probably isn't one. My notebooks change as my life changes, so I guess it's only natural that I'm always tweaking something. While I'm figuring this all out, I'd love your help with something. I'm looking for small businesses that make charms, dangles, beads, or other fun accessories for traveler's notebooks. I love supporting small makers, and I'd much rather discover a hidden gem than buy the same things everyone else has. I'd also love to know if you're someone who leaves your notebook alone once it's set up or if you're like me and can't stop moving things around.
