#85 SolidGoldFX - Lysis MKII

*YT WAS EXPERIENCING BUGS WHEN I FIRST UPLOADED SO THIS IS TAKE TWO* This is one of the coolest 'multi-effect' pedals I've ever had the pleasure of using. Often, when a bunch of sounds are crammed into a pedal, I find the allure is marred by some incongruence. Often there's some really great sound design in some parts, but other features can seem like an after thought or token and usually don't shape up to the rest of the design. Lysis MKII is a very holistic and well executed combination of fuzz, octaves, filters and modulation that leaves me feeling floored every time I dive in with it. The sheer plethora of wave shapes and effect combinations make this one of those pedals that is always interesting and musically provoking. Enjoy!
