Diego Velázquez is one of the most prominent figures in Spanish art and undoubtedly the most outstanding of Spanish Baroque painting. In this video, we discuss the highlights of Velázquez's life and analyze his work, detailing his evolution and stylistic changes throughout his career. We do this by examining the artist's major works, from his early days in Seville to his later works in Madrid. The Greeks had particular concepts of beauty. Some of these have survived to this day, especially in artistic matters. In this video, we discuss all of them and the reasons why they have endured over time.
