Peugeot Boxer Van clutch replacement. 2020 SACHS XTend Clutch, installation guide.

A pictoral video of fitting a SACHS XTend self adjusting clutch kit using the compression tool to a 2020 Peugeot Boxer dual mass flywheel. This clutch is not for chassis cab variants. On opening the kit, SACHS provide a document to reference 12498 from their website, this does not show the compression tool required also, but all XTend clutches need to be fitted with the use of a compression clamp. Failure to use the tool to fit and remove will result in distortion and possible premature activation of the automatic adjustment mechanism, invalidating warranty and shortening life.
