FERRATA GAMMA 2, IN VETTA AL RESEGONE | Lecco | Lago di Como

The Gamma 2 Via Ferrata is tough but absolutely epic! In this video, I’m taking you along with me up the ridge of Monte Resegone, above Lecco, starting with a cable car ride to Piani d’Erna and then summiting via the Gamma 2 Ferrata. The views over Lake Como are unreal, with vertical climbs and a full loop that’s worth every drop of sweat. The adventure kicks off at the Piani d’Erna cable car station above Lecco, following trail 5 and then trail 1 to the start of the Gamma 2, one of Lombardy’s most scenic and challenging via ferratas. After an easy start, you’ll tackle rocky sections, exposed ledges, and some serious vertical climbs, all with jaw-dropping views of Brianza, the Grigne, and Lake Como. Reaching the Resegone summit (1,875 m) feels like pure victory.
