Gottlieb Pop Bumper Driver Board - updates & fixes

The Gottlieb pop bumper driver boards were manufactured/designed incorrectly and were later updated at the factory. However, a lot of games were made before they figured out there was an issue and service bulletins were sent to operators to fix the problems. Updating a driver board requires 2 new electrolytic capacitors, a jumper wire, and reversing a cap on the board. With the right tools and parts, each board only takes about 5 minutes to update.
