Hey, This morning we went to Stauning on the other side of Ringkøbing Fjord. The weather really messed things up for us! Staufing is a very well-maintained facility with a separate building for gutting the fish and a huge shelter for when it rains for a while. It was my first visit to Stauning, and what can I say—things got a little out of hand for Marcel and me. I'm just saying—it's Bragi Time—and we had three hours of hard-fighting fish.
