Determine: a) the conversion formula between this scale and the Celsius scale; b) the reading that corresponds to 40°C on this scale. Question 2: A thermometer scale E was compared with the Celsius scale, resulting in the graph below, which shows the correspondence between the temperature values on these two scales. Determine the reading of 80°C on the scale E. Question 3: In a mercury thermometer, the liquid column is 0.4 cm in the presence of melting ice (0°C) and 20.4 cm in the presence of boiling water vapor (100°C). Determine the temperature indicated by this thermometer when its liquid column is 8.4 cm high.
