🔴 Hello everyone! I arrived for repairs on my 2008 MAN TGA with a D2066 engine and 840,000 mileage. The engine hasn't had any major repairs since its production. Before coming to us, the owner of this vehicle reported that the engine was misfiring. After diagnostics, the fuel injectors were replaced with new ones. The misfiring resolved, but oil consumption began. Realizing the piston liner was worn out, we decided to remove and overhaul the engine. In the last episode, we disassembled and inspected this engine. In this episode, we'll repair the cylinder head and demonstrate valve adjustment. In the next episode, we'll reassemble the engine and launch it. Enjoy! P.S.
