Parkersburg High School Big Red Band 1984

This is a competition/halftime show by the Parkersburg High School Big Red Band from Parkersburg, WV in 1984. Since this was first posted, some alumni have said this was not 1982 as it was originally titled so I changed it 1984. I am only operating on the information I was given. I was looking through my hard drive and back when I first uploaded this you couldn't do better than 240p video. Let's try it a little higher quality. Not much, but better than 240.
