In this series, we discuss characters who may be invited to a future entry of Super Smash Bros, then go into ludicrous detail on what they could be like if they joined the fight for real! Our Challenger this time blurs the lines between past and present. Zoroark first debuted in Pokémon's 5th generation, fighting using their natural swiftness, pragmatic tactics, control over darkness, and the unique ability to conjure illusions to deceive their enemies with. But recently, we learned of another that once inhabited the land that eventually became Sinnoh. Unlike their elusive, Dark-type brethren, Hiusian Zoroarks were bitter and spiteful, wielding their ghost-like powers to assail and terrify anyone they deemed a threat. Two forms, different in lore yet close enough in abilities that they could work in Smash as one fighter! But just how could their powers of illusion translate into Smash? And with a new generation approaching fast, is there any hope left for these fan favorites?
