Join Viola during her exciting work experience week at Sundhult and Solskensfarmarna! For a week, she experienced life in the countryside and learned a lot about farm work and regenerative agriculture. During this time, she: Took care of chickens and our Highland cattle Collected and packed eggs Put up fencing and made H-posts Learned to attach high tensile wire with D-knots to egg insulators Found a newborn calf and tagged it Tended to cows, bulls, and heifers, moving them to new enclosures Distributed meat and pasture-raised eggs at the REKO-ring Worked in the farm shop Delivered meat to the Falkenbergs Sparbank staff cafeteria When we weren't watching, Viola took over the camera herself and left us a video message.
