23k x 2: up there with the pros

Today Mitch and I took on a 23K — at my pace. For me? Pure hard graft. Every kilometre earned. For Mitch? Let’s just say it was more of a brisk walk at my running speed 😅 Same distance. Same course. Very different experiences. But here’s where it gets serious… Mitch went on to race his own 23K and absolutely flew — finishing 5th out of 300+ runners, lining up and placing alongside the pros.
