La Calice Cup 11 entry Another shmup with shot and missile button to hit air and ground targets but now with digitized graphics. What's really unique about this game is hidden commands. Here are examples you can see in a flyer: 1. Down, Up, Shot/Missile — this command shoots two homing rockets hitting air or ground targets 2. Right, Right, Left, Shot/Missile — heli rotates 180 degrees while using shot or missile and it's also invincible during this move 3. Up, rotate stick to Down+Right, Shot/Missile — same as above but heli rotates 360 degrees twice 4. Down, Down, Up, Shot — some kind of garbage surrounds your heli for a few seconds and it acts both as offence and defence 5. Down, Down, Up, Missile — barrel hits the ground and explosion makes small barrels which will also hit ground targets 6. Up, Down, Down, Any button — heli performs a loop and it's invincible during this move There are more moves. I only found Up, Up, Up, Shot/Missile which gives temporary increased power for shot and missile (and I have no idea how to trigger that powerful attack which consumes almost the whole gauge). Any move will consume gauge you can see on top of the screen. If gauge is red you can't use moves anymore and you have to wait when gauge slowly recover. Usually when gauge is red powerup carrier appears which will give you an item so you can fully recover gauge. Other items in this game: 1. S — stock item, pick 10 of them to get an extend. Usually appears as a first item from yellow trucks 2. Shot powerup — usually appears as a first item from red trucks 3. Missile powerup — usually appears as a first item from blue trucks 4. Pts — 9000 points 5. Bomb — never appears as a first item Items will change into other items for every few seconds. Shoot items to make them move up a bit so they will not leave the screen. When you see Pts item there is a possibility it can turn into Bomb item. This is the only way to get bombs which are helpful, powerful and also useful for scoring because ending a stage (consists of three levels) gives you 50k points per bomb.
