2024 Tri-C Karters LO206 at Adams Motorsports Park (Main Event)

Not a bad start to the day, going up to P3 on the practice charts and getting the pole before DQ'ing for somehow losing 8 pounds in 2 quals laps. It sucked but was just happy to be decent as my goal this weekend was to spend as little money as humanly possible. Using my 6 month old set of Hoosier R70's held up better than I thought as they were used during the Phoenix weekend and had the 6 heats on them. But come the main event either I didn't adjust my setup to stay competitive, or my tires fell off a cliff or I just sucked bc I could not get grip in this main event. I felt like a squirrel out there. At a certain point I just said yolo and had fun with the fellas. We maybe could've caught the front 2 karts if we stayed packed up, but they were in a different zip code. I hate owning and spending money on this pos kart. I just wanna drive man. I need to hurry up and get rich so I can properly maintain my kart, buy tires every race and work on getting data and coaching for my driving.
