Robomotive robot cells at Autostore of Zajadacz

At our customer Zajadacz (DE) we delivered two robot cells, which already have picked around 5 million boxes. The carton boxes are first picked from conveyors (where they are randomly positioned on) and exactly fitting placed into the Autostore for buffering. After enough products are buffered our software automatically generates full pallets for certain customers (with every changing stacking patterns of different boxes with weights up to 30 kg per box). The cells work in 3 shifts, 6 days a week in a robust, safe and user-friendly way. Another good example of what robots can do at the inbound and outbound of goods-to-person systems (in this case goods-to-robot ;-) ) like an Autostore. So, once again Robomotive proofs to be the experienced supplier for the picking of a whole range of (most of the time) randomly stored items in order to gently place these items to packaging like totes, cartons, cage trolleys, pallets, conveyors, etc. This even when there are already other products in that packaging.
