[reaction starts at 4:26] I've heard a little Lorna Shore before, but this is my first reaction to them on the channel, and War Machine was the right song to start with. This is death metal but with a modern aesthetic that sets them apart from everything else in the genre right now. Insanely fast, insanely heavy, insanely technical — every part of this song is firing on all cylinders. Will Ramos is one of those frontmen you just keep seeing everywhere in the metal world, and now I understand exactly why. The guy is elite. I've seen him guest appear with Bring Me the Horizon and pop up across the metal scene, and watching him in his own element with Lorna Shore hits completely different.
