Toto Drake Comfort Height Elongated Toilet

This customer wanted to replace his Kohler Rialto one-piece toilet w/ a new modern comfort height toilet. He left that choice to me and I recommended a Toto Drake Comfort Height Elongated Toilet. My choice was the 1.6 g.p.f. version and to my dismay, could not locate one. Why? Local Law 57 of 2010 (https://on.nyc.gov/3QLodYC) Because we're not allowed to install them in the Big Apple! The only available model was the 1.28 g.p.f. version which I decided to go with. The customer was thrilled with its performance and messaged me about how pleased he was with the fact that he didn't travel too far to sit on his new thrown. Toto does a great job of getting the contents to evacuate the bowl on very little water (1.28 g.p.f.). I still wonder if it's enough water to get the contents from the source through the plumbing system and out to the city sewer. Your comments are welcome down below.
