the 'globe' rotating back to its normal position over the waste bin is the most dangerous section of most litter boxes - this is the case here too. skip to @07:45 for the failed spring test (not a very indicative test for what a cats head, arm, limbs, etc would be imo); @13:45 for the carrot test, which shows a carrot stopping the globe from decapitating the carrot, even after numerous attempts.
