China Eastern Business Class - 787 - London Gatwick to Shanghai - Closing door suite

I will review the Business Class service on China Eastern Airlines on their 787-9 in the fully closing door suite. The route is between London Gatwick and Shanghai Pudong. I will cover the seat in detail, including the closing door and the lie flat bed. The food choice will be explained together with both of the meals and drinks that I was served. The entertainment options will be covered as well as the amenities that China Eastern provide to Business Class passengers.
