Recovery Takes 6 Weeks? // EH Lasts 8 Weeks? // I Don't Agree // ED Recovery
I am not posting this to be confrontational, or to create drama, and I really hope that you all understand this. I support and respect Tabitha HIGHLY but am simply wanting to share a message that I know I would have NEEDED to hear if I had read/heard the discussed points when I was recovering. So in short: If your recovery takes longer than 6 weeks: that is ok and, actually, that is normal. If your EH lasts longer than 6-8 weeks you are also normal and ok and you can 1000% trust your body. Please note: everyone's recovery journey is unique and it may be that the points I make in this video are not accessible and/or relevant to you so please, as always, take what helps and leave the rest.
