Today's workout is for all pregnant women! It's a very easy workout to do at home (especially now during #quarantine) without the need for equipment. It can also be done at the gym! It's a 15-minute workout where we'll do an aerobic sequence and two combinations of muscle resistance exercises together. It's recommended for the entire pregnancy, as there's no high impact or very complicated exercises; however, you should always talk to your doctor to assess if you are cleared to do it. Drink plenty of water throughout the workout, and rest as much as you feel necessary between exercises.
