Bacalao, SIMPOL!

Bacalao is a Spanish term for dried, salted cod but also refers to a flavorful dish. But this recipe is Labahita ala Bacalao! This is a perfect recipe for the Holy Week! Ingredients: Set A: 2 tablespoons oil 2 cloves garlic 1 large white onion 2 pieces laurel leaves 4 pieces tomatoes 1 piece bell pepper 1 can garbanzos 1/2 kilo labahita Set B: 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 cup water 2 tablespoons fish sauce 5 pieces green olives 1 teaspoon chili flakes Salt and pepper, to taste
